By exporting a form and saving it locally, you can move a form to another Xima® Formcycle system.
In order to export the current form version, click the coreesponding button in the form menu.
If however you want to export a different form version you need to click the corresponding button in the form version dialog of the desired version.

Note that certain issues may occur when importing the form on another Xima® Formcycle system. This applies mainly settings related to permissions, inboxes, data base connections and frontend server, for example when a form specifies a certain inbox that is not available on another system. When using the name and IDs, forms can be imported without any issues.

Any errors or issues that might occur while importing a form will be listed.

Es ist jedoch zu beachten, dass beim Import eventuell nicht alle Einstellungen übernommen werden können. Dies sind insbesondere Einstellungen zu Berechtigungen, Postfächern, Datenbankverbindungen und Frontendservern, da hier unterschiedliche Namen bzw. IDs auf den Servern vergeben sein können. Werden auf beiden Servern – Exportserver und Importserver – die gleichen Namen für Benutzergruppen, Postfächer usw. verwendet, ist eine Zuordnung jedoch möglich.
