To cancel the access to Xima® Formcloud permanently, click the button delete.

To delete the access permanently, go to the main navigation to the point Client   Settings and click the button Delete.

Please note that all data (forms, processes, approaches, settings ...) will be deleted permanently! A restoration of the client is no longer possible.

Securing existing data

If you want to back up existing data, you can export your forms and export the data of the inbox (processes) into Excel or XML. Form record attachments can currently not be exported, however.
