User groups
User groups are used for organizing users, facilitating the management of access rights to forms, mailboxes, processing status ... A user can, regardless of their role, belong to multiple user groups.
Users that are members of this group
In this area, the existing users of the group are assigned. After changing the assignment, this must be saved.
Access to inbox
In this area, the existing mailboxes of the group are assigned. Then, only the users of the corresponding group have access to the mailbox.
