The action Attach file to form record allows you to attach files to a submitted form record so that they can accessed from the inbox.

All file-providing actions create local files that may be attached to the current form record with this action.

Actions are executed in order beginning at the topmost action as shown in the tree view. Only files created by actions before this action can be attached to the form record. Also, please note that files are not being attached automatically, you must use this action if you would like the files to be accessible from the inbox.

However, files created by actions of type Provide upload will be attached to the form record automatically.
