- Online appointments
With the appointment management, online appointments can be easily assigned and overviewed. Under the menu item Appointments schedules can be created. Such schedules are used in the new form element Appointment Finder in the Xima® Formcycle Designer, with which appointments can be booked via a form. The configured schedules can be subscribed to in programs like Outlook as iCal file or can be viewed in the inbox. End users can add the booked appointment directly to their calendar via the new HTML template "Appointment confirmed" (Short introduction).
